I can’t believe January is gone and Valentines Day is around the corner. I am not a big celebrator of that day, but I do like to cook or bake something yummy for my husband and sons… Sometimes I give a little something or a card to some of my friends, just a little reminder that they are important to me. How about you? Do you celebrate it?
Well, today I am sharing a card that I create using a cute set by Fun Stampers Journey called: Love Bandit along with some other fun products.
I used Journey Color Burst Pure Color pencils to color this cute image, along with its matching die. I also created a patterned background with the sentiment, using Fresh Sage ink over a Cool Pool cardstock panel.
I adhered the background over a Rock Candy folded card, and then I placed a large Whip Cream stitched circle. I used the circle as the base for the cute bandit. I added a strip of Black Licorice cardstock and a strip of polka dot tape. Above all of that I added the sentiment which was white embossed over a Candy Apple heart shape. To finish up my card I adhered some silver sequins here and there.
