A JD Card [Thank You] + Giveaway Winner :)

Happy Monday everyone!

I hope you all had a nice Easter along with your family and friends 🙂 Today I have a short post just to share a card that I made using Jane’s Doodles stamps. I am cleaning my working area, because next weekend our carpet will be replaced 🙂 I think this is a good time to organize, clean and also a very good opportunity to get rid off the supplies I don’t want anymore. My scrap-space is small and it needs some little changes 🙂 Anyway here is my card…

I used the flower images from Doodle Flowers and a simple sentiment from Pretty Peonies. I created the background by cutting three strips from different colors of paint chips; I stamped the images with Versamark and heat-embossed them with white embossing powder. Quite simple and easy to make 😉 I added some details with Glossy accents and a few stitches along the bottom of the card.

Now is time to announce the name of the lucky winner of the Aspen Believe  stamp set by HA/BG. According to Random Org the winner is:

That means that # 7 is Sue Speck!

She said this; “Storage is indeed the name of the game and I too was inspired by Jennifer’s solutions. Her method for die storage is along similar lines and I’ve used her idea for my labels and tags and banners, as they are among my most-used dies. The rest of my collection is stored in CD binders I got from Staples. These are compact and handy and will hold all of my dies except for long borders and the largest “Grand” dies. These I keep in a binder on magnetic pages inserted into page protectors. Very compact and easily retrievable.”

Congratulations Sue!…Please send me an email with your addy ASAP :D  so I can send you your stamp set right away! :) (Please use the CONTACT tab above to send your message)

  1. Checked out the link for the washi tape ideas…. lots of good suggestions! Hadn’t thought about how cute they’d look just stacked up on a little shelf!
