Welcome to Week 4 of the RG Blog Hop! This week we are featuring Richard Garay’s Lumberjack Collection! There is a fun GIVEAWAY opportunity again this week, PLUS a GRAND PRIZE at the end of the week (more details further below.)
Richard Garay has started the year with a full agenda. Besides this week’s Blog Hop, he will be hosting his own space in the industry’s Mega Show where his FOUR NEW COLLECTIONS will debut! If you have the chance to attend CHA 2016, please stop by booth #2845 so you can see the full collections and enter to win some yummy prizes!
This collection is going to blow you away! The lumberjack fashion is in full swing and this collection is no exception. With a romantic flair and a fashion forward style, this collection brings the great outdoors into your craft room for a warm and cozy feeling. With masculine designs and a feminine twist, you can bring paper to a whole new level of lumberjack days.
One of the things that I like a lot about this collection, are the stamp images and beautiful patterned papers. I created the background with two patterned paper rectangles over a card base. Then I simply stamped the shirt image onto a piece of card stock with black ink, and then I die cut it.
I stamped a sentiment over a pre-made bubble text shape, and I adhered it over the card with foam tape. After that, I placed the the shirt image over the card with foam squares. Next, I added a piece of Linen Thread along with some mini wooden clothespins. Finally, I embellished the card with clear gemstones and mini staples. Super fun!
Now let’s talk about the prize. These are the products included in this week’s giveaway:
Don’t forget that there is also a GRAND PRIZE which is an Exclusive RG messenger bag with floral print inside to match one of the new collections AND winner will also receive ALL four prize packages from each of the four weeks of giveaways!

I can honestly say I didn’t realize there is a Lumberjack theme going on. I always think of the birth of my daughter when someone says “lumberjack” to me. My doctor came to the hospital in a plaid shirt and since he was a healthy guy he looked like a lumberjack to me. Your card is fabulous. I like all the layers. Thanks

Carla, Thanks for your comment. DO you want to see the RG Catalog? Their products can be found at Hobby Lobby or online at the RG store https://shop.richardgaray.com
