Hello there! Today I am sharing a page that I made to document a late Autumn day that my husband and I spent together at the botanic garden. I always have loved the colors of this season, so I made a 8.5 x 11 page to showcase one of my favorites pictures of that day using several wonderful Fun Stampers Journey products.
I used a sheet of Oatmeal Cookie cardstock as the page base. I used the Tag Set to die cut some shapes from Rock Candy, Pumpkin Bread and Pomegranate Splash cardstock colors which were also stamped with different backgrounds (Playful Leaves, Grid Paper, Color Me Fall). Additionally, I die cut a couple of tags from a sheet of patterned paper that belongs to the Through The Year prints collection. All those tags were arranged around the picture to create a kind of frame/background.
I complemented the page with the Pretty Leaves Die Set. These leaves are beautiful and you can use them as the perfect embellishments for any of your Fall projects. The word Autumn belong to a stamp set called Harvest Wreath, and the word “colors” were die cut using the Journey Serifs steel rule die. I used small pieces of foam squares to add dimension to each of the letters.
Well, that’s all from me today. I´ll be back soon to share another project. Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful crafty week!
