FSJ • Thanks Card + Video

Hello friends. Autumn is my favorite season of the year.  I like the colors of the surroundings,  and I even  like the type of weather, not so warm, not so cold, just perfect.  Anyways, today I am back to share a Fall themed card featuring lots of Fun Stamper Journey products along with a fun technique.

I am not going to describe how I created this card on this post, since I made a short video showing all the steps from start to finish,  as well as the fun stamping technique that I used. Check it out:

Here is another close up of my card, where you can see details of the technique 😀

I liked how this card turned out a lot. The leaves look really pretty in real life, and it is so easy to create!

I hope you feel inspired to use this technique on future projects, and please don’t forget to share what you have created!

Time to Shine [FSJ Locket]

Happy Friday, everyone!

Every year when is time to make the x-mas list of presents for our loved ones, and you have to start thinking about what to give to each of them, it can be overwhelming, especially with the presents for mom or sisters, because you would like to surprise them with something unique and special. Last October, during my visit to Arizona, Richard Garay surprised us with a beautiful gift from the Journey Girl Jewelry Collection. The box was filled with several pieces of jewelry, and it was our task to put them together without any instructions… It was so entertaining….and easy. I think this locket can be a fabulous gift for anyone on your list. So, to give you an idea of how fun this jewelery is, I made a very short animation of the assembling process of this beautiful locket. Please check it out:

You can personalize this locket by changing the charms, the plates, or why not, giving it your own personal touch. Here are two options of many that you can do with these beautiful jewelry”

Make Live Share Project [Celebrate 24/7 ]

Hi everyone!

Today I am sharing my first project as a team member of the Richard Garay’s Make Amazing Design Team. As you know we were in Phoenix for a few days to learn lots of new information, we also had the opportunity to play in the Journey Station craft room. There, we created a fun Make Live Share project using products from the Spellbinders Celebra’tions Collection by Richard Garay along with Fun Stampers Journey products.

MLS

Make Live Share is a movement that Richard started with the idea of encouraging crafters and people in general to create projects and share them with others. Richard has been posting fun videos on his YouTube Channel with lots of fabulous ideas. If you want to watch some of those videos, please click HERE.

Our project consisted in making an 8 x 8″ photo frame using products from the Spellbinders Celebra’tions Collection by Richard Garay. The base was a thick piece of wood that was painted, and then covered with patterned paper. After that, we used a canvas square to put the main elements, card stock, embellishments, stamps, etc. While we were making this project, we learned about many Fun Stampers Journey products, including some amazing tools.

I have to say that working amongst these talented designers was kind of intimidating, but I also can say that it was a great experience. It gave us the chance to know each other a little bit better, and learn from each other. While we were working, a video was made too. You can watch it here:

Richard has an open invitation for everybody to participate in the Make Live Share movement. Please click HERE to learn more about it.

Well, that’s all from me for today, I will be back soon to share another card.

Thanks for stopping by 🙂 Have a wonderful crafty weekend!
