Hello friends! Quick post today just to share a simple card that I created using a pretty stamp from the Jane Davenport collection by Spellbinders. This clear stamp is called Girl Group and it is perfect to color using your favorite coloring technique, take a look:
I began by stamping the image with Black Licorice True Color Fusion Ink over Whip Cream Cardstock, and then I colored the faces using the Silky SkinColor Stick Gel Crayons, which I love because once you apply them over your cardstock, you can spread them out using a slightly wet foam applicator or brush. I also used the Make a Splash Shimmer Pastel Set to add just a bit of color over the eyelids of the pretty girls 😉 These products are so much fun…
After I colored the faces, I was not quite sure what to do with their hair, but since I just got the new JD Wonderland Storytime Paint Pens I just added some different patterns over their hair.
I loved the pens, they cover nicely the surface and I also used the JD Finishing Line Expressive Pens to go over some of the lines that got covered by the pens paint.
