FSJ • Merry Christmas Card

Hello there! Time is flying and honestly I am a bit behind doing my Christmas projects so today I am going to start sharing one card that I created using a fun Fun Stampers Journey set called Nutcracker Suite. Well, before I continue, I want to point out that recently Fun Stampers Journey and Spellbinder have joined forces and now all their amazing products can be purchased through their >>>store <<< So please be sure to visit it! 😉

I started my card by creating a simple background using a large dowel dauber and Rustic Rose Ink. I loaded the dauber with ink directly from the pad, and tapped it over the Whip Cream cardstock panel to create a pattern.  After that, I trimmed a bit the panel and adhered it over a Watermelon Fusion cardstock folded card.

After that,  I stamped the nutcracker ballerina and  die cut it with its matching die.  Then, I colored the image with Color Burst color Pencils.  I also die cut the stitched rectangle from Whip Cream cardstock and a couple of Branches from Silver Mirror cardstock.

I layered the branches, the stitched rectangle, plus the ballerina over the base card  and then, I complemented the card with a sentiment, some stickers and rhinestones.

Please remember that for more ideas and inspiration,  be sure to visit the Fun Stampers Journey Blog,  Facebook page,  Instagram and Pinterest.
