Hi everyone!
Welcome to a fabulous Jane’s Doodles Spotlight Blog Hop! Today we are sharing cards featuring three new sets recently added to the Jane’s Doodles Store. These new wonderful stamps sets were designed by Jane Beljo, and their names are Wise Owl, Read All About Me and Doodle Flowers II. We also have two new talented Design Team Members: Marion Vagg and Miriam Prantner …Woohoo! and a fabulous Guest Designer: Jennifer Mcguire…Yay!
For this special occasion, I have made two cards. The first one, shows some of the images included in Wise Owl. I created the background using my Gelatos, water and watercolor paper… I also used a brush to splatter some of the colors just to create a random look. At the end I simply stamped the images with black ink and added som sequins as embellishments…
The second card features Read All About Me stamp set. The images in this set are super cute. I used the boy image along with the books image and a sentiment. I colored the images with Copics, and I used patterned paper and decorative tape to support the main image.The only embellishment was a small red button just to give more emphasis to the sentiment…

I have some of the paper behind the little boy. Always get a kick out of seeing something used that I have in my stash. The little boy and the books are colored so great. I love the watercolor card. I have to try that technique. thanks for sharing.

Mariana, another beautiful showcase of the Jane’s Doodles new release stamp sets. I knew you would really wow us, and you did! I adore the trendy first card, such pretty colors and great way to use black ink against those lovely background colors. I also adore that little boy on his stack of books…I think that is my favorite set of the release! Way to GO!
