This month JustRite has launched 2 stamps sets for a fundraising campaign for the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance. The sets are called: “Strengh and Courage” and “Be Strong”. In an effort to find an early diagnostic test or screening tool for Ovarian Cancer, JustRite Crafting For a Cause will donate 20% of the sales from Be Strong and Strength and Courage in 2011 to Ovarian Cancer Research. The first set is an original oval set, and the second one is a clear set. If you noticed, the sets are very similar… but there are some differences between them. For example: the original set includes oval frames and the clear set includes some extra sentiments 😉 Overall, I think both are fabulous, and I love the cause!
Even though the fundraising efforts are focused on ovarian cancer these stamp sets can be used to support your personal cause – from Breast Cancer to Lung Cancer. To assist you in knowing what ribbon color signifies which Cancer Cause, Amy Tedder, who is the illustrator of these wonderful sets, has created a handy ribbon color chart that you will find below my card 🙂
