Stampers Dream & JustRite Blog Hop

Happy Monday, everyone!!!

Welcome to a fun and inspirational Blog Hop showcasing JustRite Stampers products. The  Stamper’s Dream Team will be hopping with the JustRite Blog Team…Yaaay! So be ready to get lots of inspiration!!!

We are specifically, featuring the products from the February-March catalog. I have to tell you that all the stamp sets included in it, are very, very pretty. So,  it took me a while to decide which one to use for today’s card, but finally I chose  Kindness.  This set is designed to fit Spellbinders Labels Twenty. Even though, I don’t have those dies, I relied on my scissors and hands to trim around the stamped image. I think it looks fine. But anyway, I added  labels twenty to my wish list 😉  just because I like the idea of embossing along the edge. Well, my design is simple, but I added some extra touches, like the tule ribbon, the lace, stitches, the chrysanthemum and twine, in order to make my card to look more classy  :D

There is Poetry in KindessAlong the hop we have 3 great blog candy prizes hidden!! 1. You definitely achieved “classy!”. This is an absolutely gorgeous card! I really love the look of restrained elegance. The tulle adds so much to the appearance without adding a lot of bulk. Thanks for the inspiration!

  2. A simple but outstanding card. The tulle, the color – all so lovely. Thank you for showing that you don’t need a die to use these borders you can cut around them and the same lovely look.

  3. How ingenious to simply cut around the image (maybe NOT so simple) if you don’t have the die! Great job and it’s a darling card!

  4. Oh my….what a gorgeous and striking beauty this is! LOVE the red, the vertical lines, and especially the subtle stamping on the sentiment panel. Awesome job, Mariana! 🙂

  5. WOW!! You have an eye for color!! I love how you used some bright colors for some great Pop! Your design on this card, with all of your fabulous colors are are perfect combination for a wonderful card! I Love it 🙂

  7. Bright and Beautiful are the words that first came to mind when I first saw your beautiful card. I love all the extras on the card. You also cut extremely well!!! Great job!!!

  8. Who wouldn’t want to get that card. You did a great job with your scissors, and I have ordered Spellbinders Labels Twenty so I need this stamp. Thank you for the idea!

  9. Always love red and green!! You have done a lovely job on this card and love the sentiment that you chose. Thanks for sharingl

  10. Mariana,

Nice card. I liked the color combination and the embellishments. I would never guess you cut out the tag / label yourself. Looks fantastic.

  11. LOVE that you showed that you don’t HAVE to have the coordinating die to use this beautiful stamp. Love your brown on brown with the red. The tulle adds so much to this beautiful, cheerful card.

  12. Such an elegant and cheery card. Love the tulle you added and also love the shape of the card which is different for a change of pace…

  13. This is a beautiful card. Love the use of the brillant red, and really admire the innovative use of all the trims. For a stated ‘simple’ card, it is extremely elegant. Thanks for sharing your ideas.

  14. Oh I love this card. The red is beautiful and the ribbon, lace and label pull everything together. Thanks for sharing.

  15. Oh this is stunning! I commend your excellent cutting skills – & the tulle is such a fabulous touch. Totally inspired! Thanks so much

  16. Your card is simple but lovely. The embellishment is just enough! Very pretty. By the way, it was very hard for me to find where your comments were. I had to click on the “Home” tab at the top for the comments to show up!

  17. I love this concept and the bright color. It is a simple but well thought-out card. It is a winner in my book. Kudos, Mariana.

  18. Mariana,
I love that you trimmed these out by hand, that gives us hope that even if we can’t afford the dies we can still get the stamps. This set and dies are on my wish list also. I love the elegant look of your card.

  19. Okay, so now I have to win the 4 stamp sets, because I love them all! The red is so gorgeous on your card! I love the sheer ribbon and crochet edge down the side. Just a fabulous card!

  20. A wonderful combo of elements make your card stunning. Glad to know we don’t always need the die cut machine to do a card. Thanks for sharing.

  21. Beautiful card Mariana! Love the colors – would never have thought to combine these colors but it works! Love the sentiment too!

  22. For some reason I couldn’t get this to work earlier so I sent an e-mail. Now that it works I thought I would repeat how lovely your card is. I really like the way you layered your sheer ribbon over the background paper behind the lovely frame stamp and sentiment. Also, love that little flower.
