A Card for a Scrap-tastic Challenge

Hi!… I love using paper scraps…that is why I wanted to participate in the Scrap-tastic Challenge over at Nichole Heady’s blog. There are many entries already there, so  I suggest that you check out what the other ladies are posting, because there are many different ideas and many great cards. It is obvious that for this challenge you have to use paper leftovers that you already have (piece of cake 😉 ) and create a card  with them. You can either use some of the fantastic ideas they posted as an inspiration or come up with your own. These are the paper scraps I pulled out (I took the picture after I cut off the shapes 😀 ):

And this is my card:

Card stock: The Paper Company •
Stamps: Hero Arts (sentiment) (modern lines) • Sandylion (mouse and hearts) •
Ink:  Versamark • Memento (black dye ink)
Tools:  piercing tool • Sewing Machine (stitching) • scissors •
Other: 3M (foam tape)  • Stamp n Stuff (clear embossing powder) • Creatology (wiggle eyes) • Jo-Ann Craft Essentials (rick-rack) •

Thank you for peeking ;) Have a wonderful day!

  1. Loved your valentine card – I have that stamp and what a cute way to use it. Please – what is your trick for cutting out the tail?
