Welcome to another fabulous challenge…
We have a faboulous color combo (yellow-pink-gray-rose), and for the theme: you simply have to add Happy to your project 
Couldn’t be more easy, right? Anyway, I used two wonderful Hero Arts sets to create a simple card for the challenge. The party hat is from Little Birdie stamp set, and the sentiment is from another set called Many Birthday Messages…
